  • The state cabinet had earlier approved ₹120 crore for comprehensive site development, including Sita-Vatika, Luv-Kush Vatika, a parikrama path, display kiosks, a cafeteria and children’s play zones.
  • A private firm has been appointed as design consultant to expedite construction of the temple complex and associated infrastructure.
  • Officials aim to complete the redevelopment by October-November 2025 to align the site’s inauguration with the upcoming Bihar assembly elections.
