Bienestar Registration Drive Nears Close as Seniors and Women Enroll Through Dec. 13

Applicants file in person by first-surname initial, with documents verified now and Banco del Bienestar cards assigned after data validation.

Overview

  • On Dec. 10, modules are serving applicants whose first surname starts with I–M, with N–R scheduled for Dec. 11, S–Z on Dec. 12, and all letters accepted on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 10:00 to 16:00.
  • The Adultos Mayores pension covers people 65 and older and the Mujeres Bienestar pension is for women aged 60 to 64, with in-person enrollment required at designated modules nationwide.
  • Applicants must bring an official ID, CURP, birth certificate, proof of address no older than six months, and a stable contact phone number; home visits can be requested for those with mobility limitations.
  • Banco del Bienestar cards are not issued the day of registration; beneficiaries will be notified by call or message once data are validated, and the process is free with no extra payments or unrelated information required.
  • Adults 65+ receive 6,200 pesos bimonthly and Mujeres Bienestar beneficiaries receive 3,000 pesos; a separate disability pension pays 3,200 pesos bimonthly with age eligibility varying by state, and no national registration dates have been announced for that program.
