Overview
- The fire was reported around 2:44–2:45 am at a timber market near the Patara drain on Bharat Talkies Road and was brought under control at about 6 am.
- More than 24 fire tenders responded, using roughly 30 water tankers or bowsers along with two JCBs and a Poclain machine to tackle the blaze.
