• Two suspects, Farhan Ali and Saad Khan, have been arrested for their roles in a Bhopal-based racket targeting college students since 2017.
• The accused allegedly befriended victims, raped them, recorded obscene videos for blackmail, and coerced them into introducing other victims to the scheme.
• Four victims have come forward so far, with three filing FIRs under the POCSO Act, MP Freedom of Religion Act, and sections of rape, while one is receiving counseling.
