Overview

• The 14-day programme begins June 2 at the SLC High-Performance Centre and involves men’s and women’s senior, ‘A’ and U19 squads along with club and provincial coaches.
• Arun will run separate red-ball and white-ball strategy workshops for the national men’s side to refine tactical approaches.
• Sessions include technical fast-bowling drills, match-scenario simulations and video-based performance analysis for players and coaches.
• This engagement continues Sri Lanka Cricket’s short-term foreign coaching drive launched in 2024, following Zubin Bharucha’s batting programme and R Sridhar’s fielding camp.
• The camp primes Sri Lanka ahead of a home series against Bangladesh across all formats and reinforces the women’s squad’s build-up to the ODI World Cup in India.
