Beyond Fest 2024 to Feature 'Speed' Reunion, 'Salem's Lot' Premiere, and Al Pacino Tribute

The festival, running from Sept. 25 to Oct. 9 in Los Angeles, will showcase 82 films, including new releases, retrospectives, and special appearances by industry legends.

• Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock will reunite for a 30th anniversary screening of 'Speed', joined by director Jan de Bont.
• Al Pacino will attend a screening of 'Scarface' and participate in a career retrospective ahead of his memoir release.
• The festival will open with the world premiere of Gary Dauberman’s adaptation of Stephen King’s 'Salem's Lot' and close with Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s 'Cloud'.
• Special programs include a triple feature with director Sam Raimi, a Shane Black movie marathon, and a 50th-anniversary screening of 'Saw Massacre' with original cast and crew.
• Screenings will be held at iconic Los Angeles venues, with proceeds benefiting the American Cinematheque.
