Eddie Murphy Returns as Axel Foley in Fourth Installment of Franchise

Eddie Murphy is reprising his role as Axel Foley in the fourth installment of the 'Beverly Hills Cop' franchise, titled 'Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F', set to release on Netflix in summer 2024.
The film will see Foley team up with his daughter, played by Taylour Paige, and a new partner, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, to uncover a conspiracy after his daughter's life is threatened.
Judge Reinhold and John Ashton will reprise their roles from the original films, while Kevin Bacon, Paul Reiser, and Bronson Pinchot are also set to star.
The film is directed by Mark Molloy and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Eddie Murphy, and Chad Oman.
The 'Beverly Hills Cop' franchise has been on hiatus since the release of 'Beverly Hills Cop III' in 1994, which received overwhelmingly negative reviews.
