Bethlehem’s Christkindlmarkt Expands for 2025 With New Experiences and a Bigger Artisan Lineup

Set against Bethlehem Steel’s illuminated furnaces, the market sits within easy day-trip range of New York City.

  • This season’s edition runs Nov. 21–23 and 28–30, then Dec. 4–7, 11–14, and 18–21 at PNC Plaza at SteelStacks, with hours 10 am–6 pm Thu/Sun and 10 am–8 pm Fri/Sat, and tickets priced at $12–$15.50 with free entry on Fridays from 5–8 pm.
  • New for 2025 are the St. Nicholas Haus, private igloos for up to six, a hands-on Glass Haus for ornament making, a Dec. 21 Pop-Up Artist Market, and a permanent stage for live performances.
  • More than 170 juried artisans from 14 U.S. states and Scotland are featured, alongside the return of Käthe Wohlfahrt’s U.S.-only shop of traditional German ornaments and gifts.
  • Heated tents and an expanded Winter Wonderland add vendor houses imported from Poland, fire pits, and a reimagined Wilkommen Haus entrance.
