Beth Gibbons, known for her work with Portishead, has announced her debut solo album 'Lives Outgrown', set for release on May 17.
The album, a decade in the making, features 10 new tracks exploring themes of motherhood, anxiety, menopause, and mortality.
'Floating On A Moment', the lead single, is accompanied by a video directed by Tony Oursler, known for his work with David Bowie.
Gibbons' solo effort is produced by James Ford and includes additional production from Lee Harris of Talk Talk.
To promote the album, Gibbons will embark on a tour of the UK and Europe, starting May 27 in Paris.
