James Earl Jones, the legendary actor known for his roles as Darth Vader and Mufasa, passed away at 93.
BET News and Entertainment Tonight will premiere 'James Earl Jones: Life and Legacy' on September 12 at 8 PM ET/PT.
The tribute will include archival footage and intimate, never-before-seen interviews with Jones.
The program will also feature new interviews with colleagues and friends reflecting on his remarkable career.
An encore of the special will air on September 15 at noon ET/PT, with streaming available on BET+ starting September 13.
