Best Man Arrested in Maplewood Wedding Shooting After St. Paul Vehicle Stop

Prosecutors have not yet filed charges, leaving the suspect in custody.

  • Deputies blocked the vehicle and removed two occupants before taking the suspected shooter into custody.
  • Two firearms were recovered at the arrest scene, including one reported stolen, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office.
  • The victim was hospitalized and is expected to survive as the sheriff's office continues its investigation.
