• Berlin has recorded 74 Mpox cases in 2025, exceeding the 67 cases reported in all of 2024.
• All reported cases involve men, with 55 infections attributed to sexual contact between men.
• Among 66 patients with known vaccination status, 30 had received at least one dose of the Mpox vaccine.
• Vaccination efforts focus on men who have sex with men and frequently change partners, with vaccines available at specialist clinics, general practitioners, and select centers for uninsured individuals.
• Mpox is transmitted through close physical contact, primarily during sex, and no deaths have been reported in Germany to date.
