Berlin Police Arrest 44-Year-Old After Alleged Exhibitionist Act in Mitte

The case has been handed to the State Criminal Police Office’s sexual-offences unit for further investigation.

  • After getting up, he allegedly attempted to strike an officer, who avoided the blow, and the suspect was then arrested without further resistance.
  • Police reported no injuries and said the suspect was placed in custody, processed, and transferred to the LKA’s sexual-offences division on suspicion of exhibitionist conduct and assault on officers.
