Overview

• The Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office ordered the exhumation of a 66-year-old man from Evangelischer Kirchhof in Rudow on June 5 to determine if his death was caused by lethal medication.

• Prosecutors charged him in April with 15 counts of murder for patient deaths occurring between September 2021 and July 2024.
