Overview

• District Attorney John Adams said the 61-year-old is accused in the killings of Geraldina Peguero-Mancebo, her 1-year-old son Jeyden, and Junior Cabrera-Colon.
• Investigators say Rodriguez drove Peguero-Mancebo to East Huller Lane, shot her in the back of the head, then threw the child into a pond where an autopsy found he died from freshwater drowning.
• The mother and child were found Sept. 19–20 in Ontelaunee Township about 150 yards apart after investigators tracked her cell phone, and both deaths were ruled homicides at Reading Hospital.
