  • Eight suspects were arrested on the scene and police seized the car and bike used; the accused include Narasimha, Jeevan, Kishore M., Venkataraju, Chandiran, Kumar N., Ravi Kiran, and Naman.
  • A case has been registered at Hulimavu Police Station, the commissioner announced a ₹20,000 reward for the team, and inquiries are focused on tip-offs and any wider criminal links.
