Bengaluru Metro Rolls Out Mobile QR Unlimited Passes

The app-based passes remove the ₹50 smart-card deposit for short-term travel.

  • Commuters buy the passes through the Namma Metro Official app and scan QR codes at AFC gates for entry and exit.

  • Passengers who purchase passes at stations will still need to use a contactless smart card with a ₹50 refundable deposit.
  • News18 reports prices at ₹250 for 1 day, ₹550 for 3 days, and ₹850 for 5 days.
