• On June 6 in Pulakeshinagar’s Milton Park and Milton Street, the suspect approached two women and kissed them in separate incidents about 100 metres apart.
• The first victim, a 41-year-old homemaker, said he blocked her path, declared he was single and kissed her while her child played nearby.
• He then groped and kissed a 28-year-old woman, causing lip injuries before fleeing the scene.
• Police used BMTC bus CCTV footage and witness statements to arrest Madan on June 10 and secure a 14-day judicial remand.
