Belgium’s Top Court Rejects Mehul Choksi Appeal, Clearing the Way for Extradition to India

  • Choksi is accused in the Rs 13,000 crore PNB fraud, with the CBI alleging he siphoned Rs 6,400 crore, after fleeing India in January 2018 and later taking Antigua and Barbuda citizenship.
