Barcelona-based creative studio Bel&Bel has created a real-life, functional version of the iconic motorcycle from the anime film Akira, complete with neon-light tires and a split-open body.
The motorcycle is available for by-commission production, allowing fans of the film to own a piece of the cyberpunk aesthetic.
The bike features a twin-motor and two-wheel-drive unit, electronically controlled anti-lock brakes, and a motor that can give the bike up to 200 horsepower.
The motorcycle's engine sounds are a combination of a MiG-21 fighter jet and a 1927 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, enhancing its cyberpunk and on-road aesthetics.
The starting price for the limited-edition, by-commission Akira bike by Bel&Bel is 24,000 EUR.
