Dennis Bryon and Colin Petersen, who played pivotal roles in different eras of the Bee Gees, have passed away within days of each other.

Colin 'Smiley' Petersen, the band's original drummer, passed away on November 18 at 78, just days after performing with a tribute band.
Bryon joined the Bee Gees in 1973 and contributed to iconic hits like 'Stayin' Alive' and 'Night Fever' during their peak disco years.
Petersen played on early Bee Gees albums, including 'Bee Gees' 1st' and 'Horizontal,' and left the band in 1969 following a dispute with their manager.
Barry Gibb, the eldest of the Gibb brothers, is now the last surviving member of the original Bee Gees lineup.
