Overview
- The Coordinación Nacional de Becas para el Bienestar announced a registration period running from October 26 to November 6 for families with children in public primary and secondary schools.
- Applicants must register online with a Llave MX account and upload a CURP marked “CURP certificada: Verificada con el Registro Civil” plus a parent or guardian ID, a recent proof of address, and the school’s Clave de Centro de Trabajo (CCT).
- Monthly operations continue: October continuity payments for secondary students are being paid according to a surname-letter calendar that runs from October 5 through October 16 and cover the September–October bimonthly period.
- Secondary benefits are 1,900 pesos bimonthly per family with an extra 700 pesos for each additional secondary student, and the government says more than 5.2 million secondary students are receiving October continuity deposits.
- Payments are posted to Banco del Bienestar cards that can be withdrawn at the bank’s ATMs or windows and the Rita Cetina scheme is part of the larger Becas para el Bienestar effort that aims to reach roughly 8.5 million basic‑level students and expand overall coverage in 2026.
