Beats Launches Powerbeats Fit With More Flexible Wingtip and Smaller Case

The rebrand clarifies Beats’ fitness lineup by making the Fit the comfort-focused, lower-priced counterpart to Powerbeats Pro 2.

Overview

  • Powerbeats Fit succeeds Beats Fit Pro at $199.99 in the U.S., is available to order now in Jet Black, Gravel Gray, Spark Orange, and Power Pink, and reaches stores October 2 (UK £199, India ₹24,900).
  • A redesigned wingtip is 20% more flexible for a more secure, comfortable fit, and the earbuds now ship with four ear tip sizes including an extra-small option.
  • The charging case is 17% smaller and, like the earbuds, carries an IPX4 rating for sweat and water resistance.
  • Apple’s H1 chip powers ANC, Transparency, Adaptive EQ, and Personalized Spatial Audio, with up to 7 hours per earbud (6 with ANC) and 30 hours total plus a 5-minute Fast Fuel for about an hour of playback.
  • Positioned below Powerbeats Pro 2, the Fit omits features like the H2 chip and heart-rate sensing, while Android users get one-touch pairing, customizable controls, battery status, Locate My Beats, and a Fit Test via the Beats app.
