Bears' Douglas Coleman III Released from Hospital After Preseason Injury

Coleman was taken off the field on a stretcher following a tackle in the third quarter against the Chiefs.

Coleman was injured while tackling Chiefs' Cornell Powell early in the third quarter.
He was immobilized and transported to a hospital after the incident.
Coach Matt Eberflus confirmed Coleman had movement in his limbs and gave a thumbs-up before being taken off the field.
Coleman has since been released from the hospital and is returning to Chicago.
The Bears won the preseason game 34-21, completing their schedule.
