Foskett was a part of the band's touring groups led by both Brian Wilson and Mike Love, and was known for his musical leadership, guitar skills, and angelic singing.
He first joined the band in 1981, and had stints with both Wilson's solo band and Love's Beach Boys, until he was sidelined by stage 4 cancer in 2019.
