B.C. RCMP Launch Province-Wide Billboards in Search for Missing 11-Year-Old Kai Pavlovic

RCMP are launching a billboard campaign in their search for missing Burnaby 11-year-old Kai Pavlovic.
Burnaby RCMP is hoping members of the public will see the new billboards and it will help them locate missing 11-year-old Kai Pavlovic.

  • Burnaby RCMP began posting English and Serbian billboards across the Lower Mainland and elsewhere in B.C. on Friday.
  • Investigators believe Kai is with an unidentified caretaker and issued a direct appeal for that person, or anyone who knows them, to contact police.
  • The search began after a Sept. 26 wellness check request, and investigators say they must confirm Kai’s safety and well-being.
  • Authorities released a description of Kai as about five feet tall with a thin build and brown hair, and shared a family statement urging tips.
