• Each week, BBC invites its audience to submit their own photographs of the beauty of Dorset, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire.
• Photographs are submitted via BBC Weather Watchers or email, and must include the full name of the person who took the pictures, confirmation that the copyright holder gives permission for the BBC to use their pictures, the location, date and time the pictures were taken, and a telephone number for any further questions.
• The BBC prefers to use pictures taken in the past week.
• Submitted pictures may be found on Instagram, under the hashtags #bbcsouthnews and #OxfordshiresBigPicture.
• Contributors to England's Big Picture grant the BBC a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that they want, and in any media worldwide.
