• APSDMA issued alerts for Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam and Anakapalle as the new low-pressure area drives intense showers.

• Local flooding and traffic disruptions were reported in Srikakulam and Anakapalle, with Visakhapatnam recording about 5 cm in 12 hours.
