Overview
- The written phase starts this week for more than 12,000 candidates in over 60 commercial and related occupations.

- Regional schedules set written exams on 25–26 November for around 1,900 commercial and gastronomic trainees, with about 1,300 technical candidates on 2–3 December.
- Administration relies on approximately 27,000 volunteer examiners and teachers statewide, including more than 5,400 in Swabia, with oral and practical components slated for January–February 2026.
