Battlefield 2042 Introduces Limited-Time Dead Space Crossover Event

The Outbreak mode will challenge players to survive waves of Necromorphs from July 9-16.

The Dead Space 2 remake project was canceled due to poor sales of the first remake.
Motive Studios, the developer behind the Dead Space remake, is now focused on new Battlefield and Iron Man projects.
The crossover event will feature a PvE extraction mode where players must escape a lab overrun with Necromorphs.
