Batavia Man Accused of Killing Wife After 911 Call Faces Two Counts of First-Degree Murder

• Police say Hector Luvianos-Barrera, 37, called 911 around 4:37 a.m. from an apartment on the 100 block of Church Street and reported he had killed his wife.
• Officers took him into custody outside the unit without incident and found the woman inside with severe injuries before she was pronounced dead at the scene.
