Barry Morphew Extradited to Colorado for New First-Degree Murder Case

He is set to appear in Alamosa County Court to face re-indictment under fresh evidence involving wildlife tranquilizers.

  • Morphew was initially charged in 2021 before charges were dropped in 2022 over prosecutorial misconduct and he maintains his innocence.
