Barry Keoghan Named Hasty Pudding's Man of the Year
The award ceremony, featuring a roast and the premiere of 'Heist Heist Baby,' will take place on February 2.
- Barry Keoghan, known for his roles in 'Dunkirk,' 'The Killing of a Sacred Deer,' 'Eternals,' and 'The Banshees of Inisherin,' has been named the Hasty Pudding Theatricals’ 2024 Man of the Year.
- The Man of the Year celebration will be held at Farkas Hall on Feb. 2, where Keoghan will attend a roast, be presented with a 'Pudding Pot,' and view the premiere of Hasty Pudding’s annual student-written musical, 'Heist Heist Baby.'
- Hasty Pudding Theatricals, composed entirely of Harvard undergraduates, is the third oldest theatrical group in the world and has been presenting the Man of the Year award since 1967.
- The 2024 Woman of the Year celebration was postponed due to a last-minute scheduling conflict with the recipient, but a new date and recipient will be announced shortly.
- Keoghan recently starred in the comedy psychological thriller 'Saltburn' and can be seen co-starring in the series 'Masters of The Air,' a World War II drama focused on bomber crews.
