Overview
- The LaLiga fixture is set for Monday 31 August with kick-off at 21:30 CET, and local broadcast times have been published for key markets.
- Broadcasters are finalised by territory with DAZN/Movistar+ carrying the match in Spain and ESPN/Disney+ or Sky Sports handling coverage across the Americas.
- Barcelona arrive unbeaten and high-scoring after two wins and seven goals in the opening rounds, and bookmakers list them as strong favourites.
- Rayo travel with one point from two games and will be without goalkeeper Augusto Batalla because of a reported tibia fracture, while published lineups remain provisional.
- Reports differ on Spotify Camp Nou capacity—some sources cite a temporary limit near 48,000 while others cite the stadium's historical 105,000 figure—and off-field issues at Rayo, including a revoked Vallecas concession, add extra context to the visit.
