Banijay UK Acquires 'Peaky Blinders' Producer Caryn Mandabach Productions

The deal includes future series, spin-offs, and a first-look development agreement with Mandabach's new Conduit Productions.

Caryn Mandabach Productions will be renamed Garrison Drama Limited post-acquisition.
The acquisition covers the entire CMP project slate and back catalog, including the upcoming 'Peaky Blinders' movie.
Creative Director Jamie Glazebrook will stay on with the newly named Garrison Drama Limited.
Banijay Rights will handle distribution of existing and new programs from Garrison Drama.
Mandabach has developed iconic U.S. shows such as 'The Cosby Show' and 'That '70s Show.'
