• On July 9 at Dr BR Ambedkar Stadium, the first batch of bikes was handed out to government school Class X students in Karimnagar town.
• The rollout will continue in phases over the coming days across all government schools in the Karimnagar parliamentary constituency.
• The district collectorate oversaw distribution through 21 stalls, with DEOs and MEOs compiling the eligible student lists.
• All 20,000 branded bicycles were sourced from a reputed manufacturer and funded by corporate social responsibility contributions.
• The initiative marks the first occasion an individual MP has delivered 20,000 bicycles in one constituency, highlighting large-scale public–private collaboration.
