Bandai Namco Officially Announces Nintendo-Focused Studios, Studio 2 and Studio S

Bandai Namco has officially announced the formation of Studio 2 and Studio S, internal development studios that will focus on Nintendo projects.
The studios have already been active for several years, working on popular Nintendo titles such as Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Mario Kart 8.
Studio 2 and Studio S are comprised of 152 employees, with 32% being new graduates and 22% being women.
The studios have been credited for their work on older titles like Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, suggesting they may have been part of an internal restructuring within Bandai Namco.
Job listings on the studios' website indicate that they are continuing to work on upcoming Nintendo projects.
