• The professional women’s race starts at 8:30 a.m. and the men’s at 12:30 p.m. on a new 17.9-mile circuit that starts at Harbor Point and finishes on East Pratt Street.
• Preparatory lane and street closures began Thursday in key corridors including Pratt Street, Market Place, Point Street and Dock Street.
• Parking restrictions along the race route run from 8 p.m. Friday to 8 p.m. Saturday, with violators subject to ticketing and relocation.
• Race-day plan calls for rolling closures beginning around 5:30 a.m., full circuit closures by roughly 6–6:30 a.m., most streets reopening near 6 p.m., and I-83 southbound at Maryland Avenue closed from 3 a.m. to 8 p.m.
