• Public drinking is banned within one nautical mile of the Llucmajor, Palma, Calvia and San Antonio shorelines.
• Alcohol retailers in designated zones must close between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am.
• Party vessels are barred from entering or operating within one nautical mile of designated shorelines.
• Tourists face fines ranging from €750 for standard offences to €3,000 for serious breaches of public drinking rules.
• The measures are supported by a €16 million enforcement budget and will remain in effect until December 31, 2027.
