Bajaj positions the entry-level model to attract urban commuters with lower price and practical range.

  • The Chetak C25 (C2501) debuts with a 2.5 kWh battery rated for a claimed 113 km IDC range and a rear hub motor delivering 1.8 kW continuous and 2.2 kW peak power.
  • Top speed is claimed at 55 km/h, underscoring the scooter’s city-focused brief and separating it from higher-performance Chetak variants.
  • Using the supplied 750W off-board charger, charging is quoted at 0–80% in about 2 hours 25 minutes and 0–100% in about 3 hours 45 minutes.
  • Urban-use features include a colour LCD with Bluetooth call and music controls, hill-hold assist, Eco and Sport modes, reverse assist, a USB port, and 25 litres of under-seat storage.
