- Cauly was left out of Bahia’s related list for the 2–1 win over Corinthians at Vila Belmiro, with no official reason given.
- Representatives for the 30-year-old said they were surprised by the omission and stated there are no active negotiations for his departure.
- The only approach reported was a São Paulo bid structured as a loan, which Bahia declined because it seeks a definitive transfer.
- Once a standout in 2023, Cauly has not scored since May 3, 2025, across 40 appearances with just two assists under coach Rogério Ceni.
- He has totaled 174 games, 23 goals and 24 assists for Bahia, featuring only twice in 2026 without direct goal involvement as his role continues to shrink.
