  • The National Centre for Seismology logged a magnitude 3.3 quake at 03:27 IST at 20 km depth followed by a magnitude 4.0 at 04:39 IST at 10 km depth, both in Chamba district.
  • Coordinates reported by NCS placed the first epicentre at 32.87 N, 76.09 E and the second at 32.71 N, 76.11 E.
  • Himachal Pradesh’s monsoon disaster toll has reached 276 since June 20, with more than 1,100 homes fully damaged and significant livestock losses, according to HPSDMA.
  • A cloudburst in Kullu’s Lagghati area damaged roads, a washed-out bridge and local property, the district administration said, with assessments underway.
  • Regional seismicity continued as Pakistan recorded a magnitude 3.7 quake early Wednesday and a day earlier a magnitude 5.2 in the Hindu Kush was felt across multiple cities without reported damage.
