Reinhardt designed a custom 5.04 carat elongated cushion cut engagement ring, featuring an engraved 'C' and Randolph's diamond birthstone on the band.
The couple's families joined them for a celebratory dinner at a nearby restaurant following the sunset proposal.
Randolph and Reinhardt have been dating since 2020 after an eight-year friendship, which Randolph credits for strengthening their relationship.
