• The mother says she experienced a cryptic pregnancy, and the baby weighed about 3 pounds 9.6 ounces at an estimated 35 weeks.
• A neonatal nurse, a pediatrician and an OB-GYN who happened to be nearby assisted immediately until event medical teams took over.
• The infant was airlifted to Reno while the parents traveled by ambulance because the helicopter lacked space for additional passengers.
