Overview

  • During the June 5 ceremony, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust consecrated the Ram Darbar and installed idols in eight new shrines within the complex.
  • On June 14, devotees gained access to the temple’s first floor for the first public viewing of the newly unveiled Ram Darbar.
  • Officials introduced a pass system with two evening slots—5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.—to regulate visitor flow.
  • Each 300-pass slot is evenly split between the district administration and the temple trust, with tickets categorized as ‘Special Darshan’ or ‘Easy Access Darshan’.
  • Despite intense summer heat, worshippers queued outside the Nagara-style shrine, praising the majestic tableau of Lord Ram alongside Sita, Lakshman, Bharat, Shatrughan and Hanuman.
