Ayaneo Announces Next Lite, a $299 Steam Deck Rival Running HoloISO

Ayaneo has announced the Next Lite, a handheld gaming device designed to compete with the Steam Deck, priced at $299.
The Next Lite runs a forked version of SteamOS called HoloISO, not Valve's official SteamOS.
The device features a seven-inch 800p screen, 16GB of RAM, a 47Wh battery, and either a Ryzen 7 4500U or 4800U processor with Vega 8 graphics.
It also includes Hall effect joysticks, a copper heat pipe cooling system, three USB-C 2.3 Gen 2 ports, and a slot for full-length M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs.
The Next Lite is set to start shipping ahead of Chinese New Year on February 10, 2024.
