Ayacucho Superior Court Names Three Provisional Judges to Civil Benches

The designations follow Article 8 of the Judicial Career Law under directives from the Judiciary’s Executive Council.

  • Court president Orlando Becerra Suárez officially designated Félix Alcántara Valenzuela, José Padilla Pichén and Henry Palomino Hinostroza as provisional judges.

  • Alcántara graduated from Universidad Alas Peruanas in 2007 and was named a titular judge in 2015; Padilla graduated from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo in 2006 and has held titular status since 2015; Palomino holds a law degree from Universidad San Martín de Porres, a master’s from UNSCH, and Ayacucho Bar registration No. 1921.
