Awfis Q2 Profit Falls 59% On High-Base Effect As Revenue Rises

Consolidated net profit for July–September fell to Rs 15.97 crore from Rs 38.67 crore a year earlier, with the decline driven by last year’s one-off gain.
Total income increased to Rs 392.97 crore from Rs 301.95 crore, reflecting continued top-line growth.
Revenue from operations rose 25.5% to Rs 366.8 crore, including Rs 297.4 crore from the core coworking business and Rs 69.4 crore from construction and fit-out projects.
Total expenses climbed to Rs 376.6 crore from Rs 287.2 crore, while profit before exceptional items and tax improved to Rs 16.3 crore from Rs 14.6 crore.
As of September 30, 2025, the portfolio stood at 247 centres with 170,000 seats across 8.4 million sq ft, following the company’s recent stock-market listing.
