• A misconduct hearing on June 8 found Claire Mumford guilty of gross misconduct and ruled she would have been dismissed had she not resigned
• On March 13 Mumford registered 54 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of breath after drinking more than a bottle of wine while completing police paperwork at home
