Overview
- Evelyn Rayo-Mairena, 24, was found unresponsive in the 200 block of Black Rock Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and later died at St. Vincent’s Hospital after CPR at the scene.

- Her 1-year-old daughter was found unharmed on a nearby porch, taken to Bridgeport Hospital for evaluation, and reunited with a family member through the state Department of Children and Families.
